Edema, Shooting Pain, Tingling, Numbness In Leg After Orgasm. Taking Alendronate Sodium, Calcium D, Famotidine, Multivitamins

I am a 60 yo male in good health generally, but after orgasm I experience edema principally in my left leg, accompanied by pain shooting up from my foot to my thigh on the inside of my leg. Edema and pain begins almost immediately after orgasm and lasts at least 18 hours before subsiding. Mild tingling and numbness (leg) accompany this phenomenon. after 24 hours my leg is normal....always the same pattern. I am taking alendronate sodium, calcium with d, famotidine, multivitamins, and lithium carbonate. Your thoughts?

I think the edema must have been there but it becomes prominent to you after orgasm as it is pre-mamorized in your mind that such thing is going to happen with me and so it gives you illusion, even if it really happen it may not cause you any harm just elevate your leg for some time after the orgasm, keep continue the medicine you are taking, and no need to be worry every thing will be fine, have good day.
