Elbow Injury, Broken Hand, Head And Fingers Hurt, Painful. Why Odes It Pop?

i have been going to the gym recently lifting weights and my right elbow hurts bad. when i was 6 i broke it and my dad said they said i broke my groth plate as well. now when i kick back with my arms behind my head and my fingers interlocked when i bring my arms down i straighten my arm about half way and it painfully locks up if i force it out straight it pops with a great deal of pain. if you look at my elbow it looks like my rt elbow has 2 45degree angles in it and my left is straight. and when i lift weights a rather large knot pops out of the rt elbow

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The popping sensation in the area could be due to muscle stiffness, muscle cramps or a decrease in the joint lubricants. Regular physiotherapy exercises will help in decreasing the symptoms.
