General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears to be due to the pressure symptom of the brachial nerve, at the spine during the injury, so it may not be related to the elbow. I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon foe diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, along with the other medicines. Thank you.

Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr. Sunil Kumar Srivastava's  Response
seems the arm swelling is separate cause.the pain in between shoulder blades may be because of Gastric acidity for which take ranitidine 300mg empty stomach in morning once a day.
Do hot fomentation and exercises of the arm daily for 20 minutes.
