You may be having a Barthilins cyst which occurs due to obstruction of Bartholins gland duct wich presents as a swelling in one or other labia -inner surface .Just a Bartholins cyst will not be painful But once it gets infected and forma an abscess pain occurs Recurrent Bartholins cyst occurs in sexually active females Usually they can be VDRL positive So check your VDRL status Once the cyst is excised your pain will subsibe Brown spot near clitoris can be asimple mole or wart which can be fifferentiated only by seeing So dont hesitate to see a gynecologist She/He will help you
