Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

I can understand your concern. However liver and spleen enlargement with increased serum alkaline phosphatase do not help me in coming to a conclusion as there a number of causes for them. I would like to have more details/investigation reports:
1. Haemogram
2. Peripheral smear
3. Liver function test
4. Kidney function test
5. Urine routine
6. Ultrasound report of whole abdomen
7. Subsequent investigations shall depend on the initial reports.

I hope I have answered your query to your satisfaction.

Regards,

RKK
