Enlarged Tonsils, Lump Behind Jaw Below Ear. History Of Cryptic Tonsils. Decreased Hearing, Ringing In The Ear, Watery Eyes. White Ulcers In Mouth. Treatment?

32 y/o female, healthy, runner, no major medical issues. h/o cryptic tonsils stopped smoking 2003, currently 10 months of R side enlarged tonsil or R side of throat. large enough that back of tongue rubs continually. small lump can be felt externally behind jaw directly below ear. decreased hearing with a sensation of constant fullness in R ear and upper neck. will get mild ringing that comes and goes. every 1-2 days for the last 10 months, R eye will water and a very small amount of clear fluid will drain from R nare. R tonsil or swollen area in back of throat will randomly have a raw feeling with small white ulcers that come and go. R throat is not tender, only when an ulcer is in the area. seen once by family practice after 5 weeks of symptoms and was placed on Z-pack and fluticasone propionate . never felt sick and did not get better with treatment.
