Episode Of Tunnel Vision, Slight Dizziness, Confusion. What Could Be Causing This?

I experienced tunnel vision , slight dizziness and confusion today. What could be the cause? I m a 33 year old female with no health issues. I have gained 40 lbs in the past 4 years since having kids. My diabetic husband thought I could be having a low blood sugar ( I have never been diagnosed with diabetes and this has never happened to me before today)and had me drink a coke which seemed to help.

Dear friend, welcome and thanks for entrusting your query here at HCM !

Your symptom complex can be due to various causes.
Brain affection by different causes can produce tunnel vision, confusion, dizziness...hind brain circulation problem being one of them.

Is it continuous or intermittent?
Is it in both eyes?
Is there any nausea, headache, imbalance?

i would advise medical check up with a good physician to rule out anything serious, as some causes are dangerous.

I hope you are fully satisfied with the guidance I gave.
I would be glad to answer any further queries.
Thank you and Good luck !
