Erosive Gastritis, Severe Belching, Passing Gas, Painful Spasms, Burping. What Could Be This?

i have erosive gastoritus and severe belching and passing gas ..i get painful spasms under the ribs under the breast area and to the side as well,i throw up alot.acid comes up and out my mouth in my sleeep so afraid i will choke..also the burping and passing gas always haas so much pressure with it..i go for days like this sometimes

thanks for asking to HCM ! take antiacid , avoid spicy food ,avoid raddish and carrot, take food in small but many time, avoid tea, cola, fried food, apply pillow under head when sleep. take p.p.i medicine. if pain antispasm tab , if still the problem remain same consult with gastro then to surgeon. take care bye.
