Ever Since I Can Remember I've Had This Gurgling Frog

Ever since I can remember I've had this gurgling frog like noise in my throat. I can feel it below my Adams apple. Its really loud and embarrassing as well. I have also had troubles burping my whole life. I sometimes get the feeling that there's pressure in the same spot too. I am currently taking 40 mg of omeprezole daily but that hasn't helped at all. I just want a good idea of what it could be and how I can stop it from happening. Thanks!
