Excess Gas In Stomach, Painful. Diagnosed APD And Taking Esomeprazole. Reason?

hi my problem is that while eating i had a strong feeling of tightened chest . i rested for a while then i was able to finish meal slowly. dr. diagnosed APD and prescribed me cap. esomeprazole 40mg daily before breakfast, now i have excess gas in stomach , which cause loud noises in stomach, it looks the gas is passing in stomach. sometimes there is pain with sound. please help me.

Continue with this medication , use vegetables and lot of water .
Avoid taking oily things
