Excessive Catarrh. On Antibiotics. Taking Thyroxine For Underactive Thyroid. Blocked Nose. Are These Related?

i have excessive catarrh , i have had this for five weeks . im on my second course of antibiotics . its like having a cold that i just cant get rid of.i have an underactive thyroid and im takin thyroxine for this.im having to blow my nose every minuet. my question is could the blocked up nose and cattarh been connected to my thyroid problem?

Blocked nose and cattarh are usually not associated with under active thyroid disease. Some times, rarely, hypothyroidism decreases your immune function and can lead to increased rate of infection
