Hi
I had gone through the question and understand your concern.

Nausea is a common side effect of thyroxine tablet, while breast pain is uncommon one.
The other common side effects are;
1 increased sweating
2 sensitivity to heat
3 mental/mood changes (such as nervousness, mood swings)
4 tiredness,
5 diarrhea,
6 shaking (tremor),
7 headache,
8 shortness of breath.

Your breast pain will probably subside in a few days. However if it does not subsides , consult your physician.

Hope this information helps.
Wish you good health.
