Excessive Hair Fall, Dizziness, Tiredness, Elevated TSH Level, T4 And T3 Normal. What Is The Reason?

Hello - I recently seen my gp with regards to excessive hair fall. I had bloods taken which showed an elevated tsh at 6 (t3 and t4 were normal). He also said my ferritin levels were in range but a little low at 21 & suggested taking a multivitamin with iron! Is this enough as I've read ferritin should be above 70 for hair growth? I have also been paler than usual, increasingly tired and experiencing a little dizziness.
I've had thyroid antibody bloods taken this week also and am awaiting the results. Is there anything else I can do in the meantime to stop my hair falling?
Any advice will be much appreciated.
