Excessive Nose Bleeds, Headache, Increasing Fever At Night. Due To All Time Stress?

Hey I'm a 16 year old girl and I've been having nose bleeding since I was a child but from the past weeks I've been having excessive nose bleeds, more than 2 times a day plus I have a headache mostly everyday and mild fever, I only have a mild fever at night, all day my temperature is normal but as soon as the evening starts to come, it spikes up and its kinda high at night. This has been happening on and off from the past 2 months and sometimes I don't feel very hungry and I feel kinda nauseous, I thought constipation was the problem but it's been a few weeks and I'm kinda fine but the nose bleeds, mild fever and headaches won't go away, is it because of stress and being tensed all of the time?

Hi,
Thanks for using healthcare magic.

I have gone through your available history.

Headache can be symptoms of stress but nose bleeding can not be . You shouldkeep temperature chart to differentiate between actual fever and feverish sensation which is symptoms of stress.

You should consult your doctor to rule out nose and respiratory pathology.

For stress, you should do stress management or may take help of psychiatrist.

Thanks.
