Excessively Moist Vagina, Discharge Smelling Like Bleach. No STD. Worried

Hi, my vagina stays overly wet all the time, it gets so wet that it goes through my underwear and onto my clothes. no matter the time of the day or if I am or not thinking about sex. Some times when im at work and I cant change my underwear it becomes a odor. It smells very much like bleach and acid, but then I do eat a lot of greasy and fatty foods. I have no std and often get checked for them. Its mostly clear or could look like first time breast milk. Is this something I should be worried about or it this a normal thing for some women? Is there anything I can do to minimize it even a little? Thank you, Turquoise
