Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hi and welcome to HCM
Radiating pain could be due to herniated disc. Follow up MRI will be helpful. The management protocol depends on the severity of nerve compression.
Temporary pain relief can be obtained by using an appropriate analgesic or muscle relaxant ,Pregabalin & methylcobalamine supplements.
You can search neurologist in your area online
I do hope that you have found something helpful and informative and I will be glad to answer any further query.
Take care.
