Hello and welcome to HCM,
As you have mentioned that you have had a previous Chlamydial infection, and now you are experiencing similar abdominal pains, it is quite possible that you will be suffering from chlamydial infection again.
You need to consult your gynecologist for clinical examination and serological test for the chlamydial infection.
Chlamydia causes pelvic inflammatory diseases (PID).
The PID present with symptoms of lower abdominal pain which may increase during sexual activity.
In case there is recurrence of infection, you need to avoid unprotected sex.
You can use barrier method for contraception.
Treatment for chlamydial infection needs to be taken and your partner also needs to be tested for the infection.
If infection is present, your partner also needs to be treated.

Thanks and take care
