I have a lap band and the past few days I fell like acid reflux with some sour spitting up of black junk. Yesterday I started feeling like I was being stabbed right below the breast bone area. I am doing liquids n puddings but the pain is very intense today any suggestipms? Rt

urgent Upper GI endoscopy needed. Get admitted and Nil by mouth. Inj Pantroprazole high dose or infusion is must.
No pain killer ever. No alcohol. May need surgery if ulcer disease with perforation.
