Experiencing Bleeding After An Unprotected Sex

I am on birth control pils and have been for 3 years or more, i stoped my period on sunday and have had 2 pills since, i had sex last night (unprotected) and after it was done i started bleeding again quite a bit and its dark red? im not sure why usually this doesnt happen

Bleeding after intercourse may be due to many reasons an it shouldn't be taken lightly.
Bleeding may be due to problem in cervix,uterus,adnexa or local causes.
You need proper clinical examination and investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,Pap smear,ultrasound of abdomen.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.
You should consult gynecologist.
