Experiencing Breathing Problems, Feeling Dizzy, Throat Tight. Get Panic Attacks. How Get Relief?
Hello. I have been having breathing problems and recently i have been feeling dizzy and my throat gets tight and i become short of breath that even trying with my mouth is discomforting. I have gone to the hospital and they did a lot of tests and didnt even explain very well.
I then get panic attacks because of it. I have had this problem for about 2 months and no relieve. I am scared and dont know what else to do. I am worried it can be something serious. I have been getting dizzy for 3 weeks now. And short of breath for 2 months and dry cough when i try breathing.
Sometimes i feel discomfort on my chest and ribs/lungs. Pressure that makes it difficult as well. I cant even walk a block or stairs without feeling like i going to pass out.
HI Thank for asking to HCM I can understand your problem just relax and take it easy, every thing would be okay, you became too much conscious about what happens to you, but it is not the danger to you, it must be episodic attack of elusive delusive phenomenon, you need to control your thought, bring your confident back, keep your moral high, I usually do not advise my patient to see the psychiatric I first try to counseling them and it gives good result too, so please take care of your self have nice day.
