Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Your symptoms are most likely caused by acid reflux (GERD). This condition is caused by stomach acid reflux to the esophagus. This gives upper middle abdominal pain, chest burning. You may also have cough as this condition very often is associated by asthma.
GERD treatment should be started with diet. You should avoid fatty foods, spicy foods, alcohol, coffee, fruit juices, chocolate.
If the diet wont help, PPI (proton pump inhibitors) should be started like Omeprasole 20 mg. If also this wont help, surgery (fundoplication) should be considered.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
