Experiencing Flu Like Symptoms, itching & Swollen Lymph Nodes Due To Prurigo Nodularis

HI, I AM 54 YR OLD WHITE FEMALE W/NUMEROUS MEDICAL CONDITIONS INCLUDING TYPE 2 DIABETIC AND PRURIGO NODULARIS (CONSTANT SINCE ONSET 3/11) SIX WEEKS AGO I "BLACKED-OUT", FELL AND BROKE 2 ANKLE BONES WITH SHIFTING. DURING THE HOSPITALIZATION, DAILY BLOOD TESTS SHOWED HIGH PLATLETS AS WELL AS "LARGE" PLATLETS. VARIOUS OTHER TESTS WERE ON THE LOW END. MY GLUCOSE LEVEL REMAINED HIGH. UPON LEAVING, A NUMBER OF MY LONG TERM DRUGS WERE STOPPED, INCLUDING 2, 1000 MG METFORMIN. ALL I WAS TOLD IS THAT I NEED TO HAVE A NUMBER OF TESTS TO DETERMINE STATUS OF MY KIDNEY FUNCTION. THOUGHTS? (sorry for lg. caps, didn't notice until now!) Last comment, post-operative, surgeon informed me that my bones were in extremely poor heath with a swiss cheese appearance! I'm in constant pain post 2 cervical neck amd 1 failed lumbar surgery. The constant, intense itiching, flu like symptoms, swollen lymph nodes, and now black-outs and broken bones are simply too much. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
