Experiencing Nocturnal Emission Which Makes Me Feel Weak And Lacks My Confidence. What Is The Medical Cure For This?
HI doc , I am 19 and has been experiencing nocturnal emission for the past 1 and half year , I see many blogs and sites saying it is a normal phenomenon that occur during your teenage.But doc , I need to get this cured , I lost my charm the spark i had , Am like all lost , Can't study Am disappointing my parents , lack of confidence ,After having the emission am like all tired for 3 days , My face looks dull..doc i want my old charm and confidence back , After the nightfall i look like a different person its been 1 and half year since i had my charming face , I feel tired , Doc i don't know wot to do , Because of this i shout at my parents i love tham.. doc i dont want to hurt them want to make them proud and live a normal life. Please please help me..I have this 2 or 3 times a week.

Your problem does not indicate any disease neither included in any pathology your are the only person which could stop this and for that you have to control your drive you need to face your thought as a normal thing and do not react to it as if it is very special kind if feeling and only way for pleasure sensation, there is lot of such physical acts which may induces same feeling beside this, be open heart person even if it continues, do not take it seriously take it in natural way this does not cause any harm to your health unless you mentally feel it and becoming depress, you better understand this, have nice day.

I empathise with you. You appear depressed as well. Kindly take fluoxetine 20 mg at day time and alprazolam 0.25 mg at bed time for a few weeks. It would elevate your mood and decrease yourbemissions,.
