Hello, thank you for consulting with healthcaremagic.
As you are mentioning that you got hurt on jaws while boxing than it can be possible that your tempromandibular joint (jaw joint) and jaw muscles have got hurt and now there is spasm of the muscles that is why you are feeling difficulty in swallowing.
You should visit a dentist for complete examination and an x-ray also for a view of the bones and joint. and if it is just a muscle spasm then he will prescribe you some muscle relaxants and you will be fine.
Hope it will help you.

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement Dr. Saurabh Gupta's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for your query.
Yes, it will go away in couple of days.
Nothing to worry, just put an hot bag brush on the face near the painful area, take some analgesics for pain.
If any changes occur like swelling then visit a surgeon and get an x-ray done.
I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.
Take care
