Experiencing Pain Due To Dislocation Of Shoulder, What Are The Treatments ?

I have an easily dislocating shoulder. It feels like its not all the way in, by a matter of less than 1cm. It is very painful if i move my arm in a particular direction. I need to know if there is a known way of putting the shoulder all the way back in place myself?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having recurrent sublaxation ( partial dislocation ) of your shoulder.
This might be due to old shoulder muscle injury or lax shoulder muscle.
Consult orthopedic surgeon and get examined.
With physiotherapy of shoulder joint this might be corrected or in future you may require orthoscopy surgery for correction.
Ok and take care.
