Experiencing Pain In Leg Due To Physical Activity

Hey! I'm a cheerleader and we stunt a lot. The other day I was in a above the head extension and came down hard on my right leg. I didn't pay any attention and kept stunting. Now a coiled days later, it's causing me much pain on the outside of my leg. I'm pretty sure it's my fibula. The pain is increased with physical activity such as running, jumping, or walking. :(
