Experiencing Strange Jumping In Legs, Doctor Suggested To Take Citrate Of Magnesium. Reason?

Hello and thank you very much. I am experiencing some strange jumping in my legs. It usually occurs at night while I am sleeping. I am very concerned, because I do not know what it is, I have visited my doctor and posed this question to her and she suggested that I get some citrate of magnesium. I would like to know what this is and what if anything that I can do to stop it, it seems like it is traveling upward. I would appreciate any suggestions/comments that you may have. I am almost at the point of missing out on some of my sleep because of the fear of experiencing something traumatic. Thank you.

ello,

I have studied your case.

Citrate of magnesia is used for constipation works as a laxative.

Also check your vit B12 and vit D3 in your blood.

May be you are having rest less leg syndrome.
drink lot of water and show your B12 report.

Hope this helps. Wish her a speedy recovery.

Take care
