Please let me know the benefit and the negative consequences for used the medicine name finasteride for prostate treatment, I am 77 years old man. ( I have not a Credit Card) I m very sorry for me and for others that not have a credit card, can be charge to Medicare?

finasteride is a type of steroid reductase inhibitor. It works by reducing the amount of the hormone dihydrotestosterone in the body. This makes the prostate gland smaller, which helps to relieve urinary problems.
Most common side effects includes:
-Chills
-cold sweats
-confusion
-dizziness, faintness, or lightheadedness when getting up from a lying or sitting position
