External Hemorrhoids, Discomfort, Red Blood After Bowl Movement, White Spots On Hemorrhoids

Hi, I have an external hemmroid. I have had this for years, I had it surgically removed and it came back and will not have surgery again. I usually have no issues except occasional discomfort. For about a week now I have had some bright red blood when I wipe after a bowel movement. I inspected the bowel and there was no dark or embedded blood. Today I noticed a white spot on the hemmroid, what could that be? I never saw this before.

You should get proper treatment for hemarroids.
After that you will not get them again.
