External Protrusions Around Anus, Burning Sensation While Passing Stools. Control It With Diet Or Medication?

I have got some 3 protrusions around the anus(externally), although it doesnot pain but some times while passing stools i got burning sensation.
A month ago it was paining and sometimes i was passing blood, my doctor asked me to control my diet and drink a lot of water. Consequently pain and bleeding is stopped but that mass is still there.
Do i need to follow any medicines or just concentrate on diet and exercise?

Hi,

Thank you for your query.

The description provided by you suggests that you had thrombosed piles earlier which can be very painful. Probably the remnants are still there. I suggest that you get yourself examined by a surgeon and continue correcting your diet.

I hope I have answered your query to your satisfaction.

Wishing you all the best.
