Extreme Constipation And Tender Stomach. Nauseated. Tried Epsom Salt, Durelex Laxative And Stool Softener. Suggestions?

please help!! I am a 28 year old female and have had extreme constipation for the past two weeks., if I do manage to get put I have tried everything, such as, epsom salt, durelex laxative; stool softener, and every thing I could find. I eat very healthy and have been eating vegan so much fiber you would be shocked.., my lower back on my right side as well as left. My belly is so blowed, hurts and I feel like I am vomitI can't do this it's been hill
.

Thank for asking to HCM
Chronic constipation can be better be treated with changing in diet, have fiber containing diet with lots of water, take green salad, but before doing this underlying some pathology causes of constipation should be rule out and for that you will have to go through the investigations like Barium enema test, barium meal, stool routine culture sensitivity test examination. have discus with some gastroenterologist, have good day.
