Extreme Fatigue, Light Periods, Tender Breasts, Not Ovulated This Month. Causes For Symptoms?

Hello, I am a 23 year old girl. I have recently (about two weeks ago) started feeling extremely fatigued. To the point where I am fighting to stay awake at work. I had my last period on 26 december, it was lighter then ussual and very painful. It lassted 4 days. Also I normally have tender brests between ovulation and menstrattion, they are still not sore whichleads me to believe I have not ovulated. Please any advise on what could be wrong and what I can do to help the fatigue. I have even gone to an optomitrrist and received reading glasses.

Hi
you better check your thyroid harmoneT3,T4,TSH,Hb%,TC,DC&ESR and consult a physician. as scanty menstruation ,excessive sleepiness, fatigue may be due to hypothyroidism or anaemia which are the common causes which can be cofirmed or excluded with the above tests.
