hi ,
i have read your problem . you have't tell about your current fasting blood sugar level which is very important because your diabeties level further decide you treatment . other imp this is that you should never take steriod in any form in your life unless your family doctor prescribe you . now for fatigue you should take balanced diet you must include lot of skimmed milk in your diet .take vitamin E with L - carnitine combination , include protein in you diet .
