Extreme Pain After Nail Scraped From Finger. Big Paint Chip Under Nail. How To Remove It?

Hello, I was getting ready to go to bed last night and went to shut my cloths draw and my hand slipped of the handle and my nails scraped down the draw, I felt a very sharp pain in my finger when I looked a big paint chip had gone under my nail, I have tried to remove it but I was unsuccessful and it is painful, I was just wandering what my cause of action should be as I am extremely worried about it.

Hello,
Did you have any bleeding then?Ifso get an intramuscular tetanus injection and get the piece removed with scissors or forceps after keeping it in boiling water for 5-10minutes.Along with this let me start you on T.droxyl500mg twice daily and T.Signoflam[paracetamol with serratiopeptidase]with T.Zinetac 150mg twice daily before food for 5 days.If you could not remove the piece by yourself better consult a doctor in person.
