Hello and welcome to HCM,
Pain in the left shoulder can occur due to a number of causes.
Angina (pain due to compromise of the coronary arteries by thrombus, spasm, artherosclerosis, etc), gastro-esophageal syndrome (GERD),
musculoskeletal pain, trauma, bony lesion, etc.
An X-ray of the shoulder joint is required to look for any bone or
soft tissue injury.
The anginal pain is localized to left side of the chest and radiates to the left upper limb.
However, is there any history of cardiac compromise.
You need to
consult a cardiologist for investigations like ECG, echocardiograply. holter, etc depending on the clinical status.
Fibroids in the uterus are benign tumors arising from muscle layer of the uterus.
They need to be removed when their size is very big causing symptoms like- pain,
menorrhagia,
irregular menstruation, etc.
Consult your physician for clinical examination, and relevant investigations to find out the cause of pain in the shoulder region.
Thanks and take care
