Extremely Itchy And Painful Vagina, Sore Clitoris, Burning Sensation While Urinating. History Of Cystitis. Suggest
I thought I had thrush as everything was very itchy down there. Took tablet and used cream, which stung a bit but nothing major, symptoms seemed to be easing a little. Urinating fine first thing this am but the second time was like fire. Had cystitis before but this feels worse. Have had to sit in a warm bath to urinate for last several hours. No pain internally. All external. Clitoris is extremely sore. Can't touch anything down there without pain.

You seem to be suffering from cystitis with vaginitis.
What you require is a consultation with Gynecologist for local examination and investigations like urine culture and sensitivity test along with vaginal swab culture.
Once the causative organism is found,treatment with proper oral antibiotics and/ or anti fungal medications would make you all right.
You must also get tested for diabetes also.
