Extremely Itchy Vagina During Periods. History Of Having D&C. Will Intake Of Medication Harm Future Pregnancies?

Hi there,
i am currently 21 years old and had a d&c 4 weeks ago... yesterday i started bleeding after my husband and i took the dogs for a walk. although 2 weeks ago my doctor put me on all types of antibiotics thinking that i had an infection... this i thought would have cleared any possibilities of an infection, but since my period has started (it has not been heavy) i am going through some extreme itching symptoms, more on the outside, around the hole... (sorry for the detail). But i am nervous to go on any more medication, my husband and i would like to try again asap for a baby, and i would like to keep as healthy as possible, just not sure that any more strong meds would be good for me?
Im also curious as to when you think that couples can or should start trying again for a baby after a d&c?

You underwent D&C 4 weeks ago - indication ?
Why you were put on all types of antibiotic - indication ?
OK, Now you have vaginal itch more around the orifice, with no other symptoms like vaginal discharge.
Most of the causes are associated with vaginal discharge.
As you don't have vaginal discharge - the following investigations and treatment are advised
if you have vaginal discharge do the smear analysis of that smear
Investigate for UTI if you have
Anti allergic/ anti histaminic drugs
Local application of anti fungal + steroid combination cream
A course of oral anti fungal for 5 days
Maintain proper hygiene
Wash from front to back
Menstruation itself may produce itching/even diaper allergy (for example)
You will be alright
You can try to conceive in this month itself.
Assuming that your period started on 3rd of July - better to have sex in between 13th to 20th of July
