Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
From your history, I can think of 2 possibilities.
One possibility is a photosensitive rash / allergy caused by doxycycline which you have been taking for acne. It is a well known side effect of doxycycline.
Another possibility is severe dryness which could be caused by topical gels which I presume you may be using for acne as well. Some creams containing tretinoin, adapelene, benzoyl peroxide can cause severe dryness.
Please check with your treating doctor who could probably change the medications to suit you.
You could use a good moisturiser every 2 hours, a mild cleanser like cetaphil cleanser and avoid excessive washing of your face.
Hope this helps.
