Hello Mr. Devendra and welcome.

It is best to meet with a physiotherapist who would accordingly advise certain specific types of exercises that need to be conducted to help your wife with her symptom of pain. Please also understand that these exercises and physiotherapy in general may take time to show effect and so you will have to be patient. If at all the pain is unbearable then meet an orthopedician who will advise other treatment options to permanently treat the condition.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
