Facing Underweight Problem. Suggest The Diet To Gain Muscle Mass Without Any Side Effects?
I am a married Indian women with age 30 years. My height is 5'5'' but I am underweight with 49 kg. I have a good diet but still I am not gaining weight and the muscle mass .So far I had tried various options for weight gains such as medicines/health tonics/weight supplements but nothing seems to workout.
Please suggest how should I develop muscle mass and body weight without any side effects.
This can be hereditory problem/genotype so your body morphology remains thin. Some useful tips for weight gain Avoid anxiety, stress,be joyful come what may. Eat high protein diet ,take 2 banana with milk and sugar daily. soak dry fruits overnight and eat in morning. drink milk and lassi. To improve appetite do some workout. And have patience you need to continue program for 6 months
