Facing Worsening Digestive Issues Since Tonsil Operation, Frequent Bowels, Nausea, Appetite Loss. Any Concern ?

I'm a 16 year old girl and I weigh 48kg and am 165cm tall. Over the past three years I have had digestive issues since my tonsil operation, but it only seems to be getting worse. What started out as constipation has turned into diahoerra and frequent bowel movements 3-7 times a day. Over the past four days I have had an on and off nausea and severe loss of appetite to the point where I am losing weight and eating hardly anything, the day after it got better, but then it suddenly reappeared this afternoon. Could these issues be of concern and would you recommend a colonoscopy?

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
You mentioned in your query that these constipation and diarrhea started after tonsils surgery.
Since , three years has passed.
Are you feeling chills , rigor ( mild) with fever , please mention in report in next query.
You mentioned that you are loosing weight.
Consult a physician and get complete examination and also tell the physician that you got surgery three years back. If doctor advise colonoscopy , than get it done.
