Fallen, Got Bruised, Painful Butt. Is This Permanant Damage?

i had fallen down some stairs last summer an it bruised really bad i mean black red green an big but there is a dent still there right on my butt check where the bruise was i feel pain if i walk alot it feels like a sharp hot poker sticking me is this permenant damage

Hi , I have read your query. You must get xray of pelvis with both hips AP view and send us reporting or discuss it with your doctor .There may be permanent bony changes occur in hip joint or around that which are treatable but only after considering xray reporting further treatment can be advised.
