Hello Good After Noon,

There is nothing to worry if you had only one episode of loose motion, it can happens in anyone randomly.

If medication are allowed then take Tab. Sporlac DS during your orally allowed time, twice a day for 1-2 days.

Nothing to worry hard, keep continue your Ramadan and add banana in your diet if have loose stool, and keep watch on other symptoms like vomiting, fever or fatigue.

If you feel these new symptoms, then only you have to take some active interventions.

So be relaxed and continue Ramadan,

Regards,

Dr. Naresh Jain.

Hi,
As you had loose motion once, it may be more afterwards.
Avoid taking chapatis, vegetables.
Take curd, rice, buttermilk, coffee and fruit juices like apple and lemon juice.
Take plenty of water through out night as from morning you wont take any thing orally.
Take some medicine to stop loose motions like Loperamide, ofloxacilin and tinidazole combination tablet.
Ok and take care.
