Fatigue, Pounding Head With Shooting Pain In Body. Heart Echo And Blood Work Normal. Any Suggestions?

Getting real weak every evening or when i do a lot and get a funny feeling in head and pounding usually in head and i have like shooting pain all over my body and feel achy. Evening and nights are way worse cant hardly do anything anymore cause im so weak, achy and in pain plus feeling in my head. Been doing this for a couple months now and I remember in school a few years ago i had a little bit of these symptoms but its way worse now and its everyday for almost 2 months now. Really just wanna feel better already had a heart echo and blood work and they were both good. Just wanna get better thank you.

I really understand your concern but nothing to worry about it this may be viral infection and symptoms may aggravate if you became more conscious and took this very seriously so just relax and take it easy, If I would be your Doctor then I would treat you symptomatically and for that Ibuprofen+acetaminophene is best drugs and really gives good result just have it three time in day and have bed rest every thing will be fine soon hope this will be helpful to you have nice day.
