Hello how are you?well I go by unique I jest hade a ? To ask.well I think I'm anemia I been taking iron pills dey seem to work but I jest don't know how many to take to get my iron back up in does it make your body to feel warm what will that be of your body feel warm to.in what can I eat or drink to get it back up rite.in I think I have a lil blood loss my menstrual havnt came on like in a month or 2 in I'm very scared so I don't know if my body trying to get back on track or wat.

Anemic women tend to have delayed periods and variation in cycles. Your body is trying to build iron stores and hence these symptoms. Nothing to worry. Just continue iron suppliments.
