Feel Hot Air Going Through Stomach, Breathing Difficulties, Numbness In Body, Shakiness, Done Tests

Dear doctor, I went to diff doctors & a gastro specialist to check what s bothering my stomach. I ve gone through x ray , ultrasound, blood tests, ecg and urinalysis but all these gave normal results. I don t know what is wrong now. i usually feel hot air going through my stomach, somewhere under my rib cage and it will go to my back. Then sometimes there s breathing difficulties that will make my body feel numb and shaking inside. Pls help. Thank you!
