Feel Like My Belly Is Getting Bigger And Hard. Working Out And Eating Right, Feel Like I Am Pregnant. Treatment?

I am 33 year old woman I have noticed my belly getting bigger and hard at times, and when bending over its hard and feels sore. I want to know am I just to fat., I have been working out and eating right, but seem iam more round then ever and blooded as well. the other parts of my body seem small but not my belly where I want it. I just don't thinks its right. I should look Pregnant, and not pregnant for sure I got tube done.

First thing I would suggest is to have a full work up done with blood draws to check for baseline hormone levels such as TSH, FSH etc. , include a pregnancy test, and blood stool sample. If it gets worse perhaps have a lower GI MRI to check intestines, colon. Perhaps a colonoscopy might be considered. Drinking lots of water, fluids including veggie/fruit blends of kale, spinach, celery, carrot and pineapple juice may help also. Drinking green tea, organic is good for your system too.
