Feel Tired, Chest Hurts And Pain In Arms. Have Bruised Muscle Around Heart. Anything Dangerous?

I had all the signs of having a heart attack and they did some tests on me, told me that I bruised the muscles around the heart. But I went back for a follow up appointment and I am still very tired all the time my chest still hurts and pain in the left arm. I think that I have a clogged artiery some where, and heart problems run in my family. What do I do?

Hi,
From your history it seems that you are having some cardiac ailment giving you this problem and requires evaluation.
Go to cardiologist as you have appointment and under go investigations he advises.
You may require,
1, EKG,
2, Tread meal test,
3, Angiography,
4, Some blood reports for cardiac enzymes, S.cholesterol and Lipid profile.
He may go for all or some tests as he feels proper.
Afterwards they will go for diagnosis and decide plan of treatment.
Ok and take care.
