Feeling A Swollen Lump In The Vagina. What Could It Be?

I just went to the restroom and when I sat down it felt like there was something in my vagina getting ready to fall out which was quite disturbing, but I just got off my menstrual cycle yesterday so I felt to see if I had forgotten to remove my tampon even though I knew I hadn t. Needless to say it was not a tampon it was my insides but they weren t where they should be or at least that s how it felt. It felt like a huge swollen lump and it moved what in the world could this be, it s very weird and it s kinda freaking me out. I don t have insurance and I don t want to run to the hospital unless you think I should! Thank you

Dear Patient,

Apart From this do you have any other trouble like difficulty in passing urine or constipation. If so you should consult a gynaecologist. As i doubt you may having Uterine Prolapse. If not you may wait after 4 days of end of your MEnstrual cycle and see whether symptom persists. If it is then you have to show to a gynaecologist

thank you

Hi,

The Answer to your question is "YES" you must get it out that too as soon as possible.

Here is why you need to get it out.

1) Their are huge chances of infection in their is any foreign object is inside.

2) While menstruating the uterus is shedding of the endothelium/ inner layer and it very much venerable to infection.

ADVICE:

Please go to hospital and ask them to get it out as soon as possible , please do not try to pull i out your self as their are chances of trauma and making it more venerable for infection.

Hope it helps.
