For the last week feel just uncomfortably bloated. 46 yrs old. Periods normal, bus may be more loose but then feel constipated other times. Voiding I think is normal. Stools not dark. Feel sore on sides by rib cage and back by shoulder blades. Lower back a little by kidneys. Had gynecology appt in sept and was fine. Have been taking vit d and calcium ( when I remember)since then daily because d was very low. Can't explain this bloated feeling.feel like I need to stretch like ribs etc feel scrunched up. Am heavier than ever. Always struggle with my weight. I smoke and drink beer:(
Hello. Thanks for writing to us. The soreness in the shoulders and ribs could be due to generalized muscle cramps or fatigue related to vitamin D 3 deficiency or due to the excessive alcohol intake. Do decrease their abuse to decrease the symptoms. I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. Regards, Dr. Praveen Tayal , drtayal72@gmail.com
